Partner with leaders in all areas of HR, including Leadership & Organizational Development, Compensation, Employee Relations, Diversity & Inclusion, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, etc, to drive various initiatives throughout the organization. Effectively balance business partner responsibilities with employee advocacies to build a positive employee relations culture and work environment. Act as a change agent/leader and culture steward Develop and implement plans and actions to improve employee engagement and manager effectiveness and foster inclusion. Support leaders as a strategist, coach, facilitator, and architect. Champion and support Human Resources service delivery processes. Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, culture, diversity, talent assessment and development. Ensure that performance is managed, and rewards are distributed based on demonstrated performance. Oversees the development and implementation of all HR strategies for assigned client groups. Apply advanced knowledge and understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to manage a wide variety of projects. Participates in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals. Recommend new practices, processes, metrics, or models. Assist with recruiting activities, including interviewing, and hiring for client group. Serves as strategic business partner with leaders in client groups. Closely partner with client group to align and provide HR service, expertise, insight, and solutions to advance the organization’s mission, values, and business objectives. Develop and implements plans and actions to improve employee engagement and manager effectiveness, and to foster inclusion.
