Full lifecycle management of bids and proposals within ODGroup\'s traditionally procured interior fit-out and construction division. My role bridges the gap between highly technical pre-construction expertise and creative graphic design delivery. Working across both private and public sector opportunities, I oversee submissions for frameworks, RFIs, EOIs, PQQs, RFPs and pitch presentations.Applying APMP best practice methodologies, I lead the planning, coordination and production of compelling, client-focused proposals that blend strong technical content with creative visual storytelling. My role requires balancing strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, from structuring bid narratives and ensuring brand alignment, to managing deadlines, quality standards and team workflows.Key responsibilities include:Bid Management and Writing: Developing persuasive bid responses, ensuring compliance, clarity and client resonance through strategic storytelling that unites brand, technical and creative themes.Team Leadership and Collaboration: Acting as intermediary between pre-construction and creative teams, translating technical requirements into accessible, visually impactful content.Graphics and Design Oversight/Team Development: Leading the design process using Adobe InDesign and AI-assisted tools, delivering proposals and presentations that enhance engagement and differentiate ODGroup in a competitive market, while nurturing and developing talent within the team to APMP best practice standards.Process Development: Driving continuous improvement in bid practices, document control and team efficiency to maximise quality, productivity and turnaround times.Project and People Management: Coordinating multidisciplinary contributors, managing timelines and ensuring seamless collaboration across all bid-related activities.Additional activities as required to support with marketing and business development initiatives as part of wider capture planning strategy.
