Managing strategic banking programs in the credit and payments sector (implementation of the Safe Loan 2% – ranked #1 on the market in March 2024 in terms of market share). • Creating and overseeing comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables (WBS). • Leading large project teams (50+ members), including IT specialists, analysts, and business stakeholders. • Budget planning and resource allocation within CAPEX and OPEX, monitoring expenditures, and reporting to the Board. • Identifying project risks, implementing mitigation strategies, and providing periodic reports. • Acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. • Preparing reports and presentations for the Operational Committee and Steering Committee. • Managing projects using both traditional and hybrid methodologies (Waterfall & Agile).
