I’ve learned that every role I’ve taken whether supporting clients at Rippling or negotiating contracts or streamlining procurement at Astrotech Steels - has been about one thing: making systems and people work better together. That balance between efficiency and relationships is what excites me about supply chain, and it’s why I’m now pursuing my MS at UT Dallas, where I get to be and learn everything I’ve aspired to be.
