Après être intervenue pendant plusieurs années en fiscalité des entreprises, assistance à contrôle fiscal et fiscalité personnelle, tant au niveau national qu’international, je me suis spécialisée et j\'ai développé l’activité « Rémunération, actionnariat salarié et mobilité internationale » au sein du groupe fiscal de Baker & McKenzie à Paris, activité que j\'anime au sein du cabinet de Paris. Je conseille de nombreux groupes internationaux et des dirigeants sur ces sujets. Je suis également en charge de la pratique Fiscalité Patrimoniale au sein de notre groupe fiscal. Par ailleurs, je suis engagée sur les sujets d\'inclusion, diversité et equité et je suis l\'associée référente au cabinet Baker McKenzie à Paris sur ces sujets. For several years, I have advised on corporate tax issues and tax audit assistance as well as on domestic and global personal tax issues. I have then developed the “Employee Benefit” practice within the tax group of the Paris office, in which I am now in charge in the Paris Office. I advise multinational and key executives on compensation of employees and executives, employees share schemes, mobility of employees and key executives, in domestic and international contexts. I am also leading the Wealth Management activity in our tax group. In parallel, I am engaged on ID & E activities and I am the contact partner in our Paris Office on the matters.
