Senior product manager responsible for Sage’s in-house content workflow management and tracking systems. These systems ensure all our content, including annual journal articles, are licensed, paid-for and produced efficiently. Set vision, strategy and key results in line with corporate goals Consult with leaders across Sage’s five publishing business to balance priorities Working with a team of product owners I set roadmap objectives and establish the key results that demonstrate the success of each initiative Lead global cross-functional teams including development, QA, architecture and UX to design and implement the most appropriate solutions to problems, while balancing cost, timescale and competing priorities Work closely and negotiate with India-based external vendors to ensure high performance and good value for money Current initiatives involve migration of our licensing and payment platform and a complex integration with a new product master
