As a Director of Product for our Enterprise Applications suite, I am accountable to the overall outcomes associated with our back-office applications across Sage, including our Publishing Systems suite, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), corporate websites and eCommerce, and Order Processing & Fulfillment applications. I oversee a department of 20 Product Managers and Product Owners responsible for the delivery of major cross-departmental technology initiatives. As a member of our Technology Senior Management Group, I collaborate with the heads of Engineering, QA, Delivery Management, Data & Analytics, Infrastructure, and Governance & Security to ensure the Technology organization is set up for success to deliver organizational value.
