As Creative & Marketing Director I branded the business and roled out a creative approach to market to establish Collier Estates with an immediate high impact within an exceptionally competitive and busy market place with great success. Collier Estates immediately gained a wealth of residential property clients and contracts amongst high value prestigious postcodes, dramatically breaking area sales records within the first months of trading with a fresh approach to marketing the properties. Collier Estates has consistantly grown and developed at a rapid pace, continuing to break sales records throughout key postcode areas within Teesside, performing as a leading agent on Rightmove and Zoopla year on year.As part of my role I\'ve been lucky enough to professionally photograph some jaw dropping executive homes, mansions, super mansions and country estates, driving them through to multiplatform marketing campaigns, inclusive of designing and developing a dedicated monthly property publication which is distributed to over homes and in main grocer retail stores.
