Continually check that plans and calendars are aligned to agreed priorities. • Generate and maintain the schedules and tools used to oversee the external communications process and ensure that nothing is missed.• Liase with all stakeholders on effective workflow management, deliverables and resolve any blockers that may arise. • Regularly report on projects and resourcing to senior leadership. • Champion AI and technological tools to facilitate efficient cross-functional ways of working. • Events planning and logistics from arranging staff meetings, project meetings, workshops to film shoots as required including catering and accessibility needs.• Administration duties including conducting regular stand ups, compiling project plans, meeting agendas, minutes, and post meeting action items. • Document creation including ways of working guides, presentations and SOP’s.
