I work directly with SME\'s and larger enterprise. My role is to improve performance, efficiencies and get everything aligned with the strategic plan. The first step is discovery. Securing a detailed and thorough understanding of all aspects. It is pointless starting a journey without preparation. Appreciation of where you are, where you are going, where you have been, what you will need and who is coming, is vital. I am a great listener and avid observer. We have two ears and only one mouth. We learn little when we\'re talking. We determine much more asking questions, challenging the answers, pressing expanding upon “everything is great” response. Cutting through the chaff is crucial. Every part of a business can improve, no stone should be left unturned. I work with the management team across the business. This reduces “Pass the Parcel” behaviour. Working with the sales team and customers is a great start point. I am an advocate of Shoot Aim Fire. There’s valuable shoot intelligence that helps the aim and avoids wasting time and money over analysing and over preparing. The ducks do not always need to be in line. This gets things done. The objective is to improve performance, time is often a rare commodity. I work with businesses to develop their value proposition. The bulk of my work has been with established businesses. I have also worked on launch and fledgling businesses. I worked as a consultant for Ownable, a ground-breaking app. Identifying and securing new accounts. Key achievements at Ownable.• Integral role as advice position to determine businesses direction and proposition.• Explored and developed trade partners from cold calling, signing up over partner brands.• Acquiring and supporting new publishing clients.
