Switched capacitor charge pump and sensor interfacing for yaw rate automotive sensor interface. Dual slope ADC on organic thin film transistor (TFT) process (patent applied for). System analysis and spec. of cascaded PLLs for Raspberry Pi. 28nm charge pump and 40nm LDO plus linear regulators. 28nm TSMC CMOS mixed signal cells, including bandgap and various voltage regulators. 14 bit Wilkinson ADC for radiation dosimetry and spectral analysis. PLL for system clocking. PLL for RF satellite demodulator. Sub-1% accurate bandgap reference with single trim. Time to digital converter (TDC) with 1.2ps timing resolution and multi-GHz internal signal paths. CMOS scintillation Geiger diode based radiation detector. Various mixed signal circuits on a 22nm FinFet CMOS process. 500nA crystal oscillator. 500nA bandgap. 1uA DLL. 40nm CMOS charge pump and LDO/Linear regulators. System architect and design lead of a pure CMOS 32KHz oscillator stable to +/-100ppm. Designed and tested a digital readout CMOS temperature sensor precise to 0.005C
