Working with joy and passion, creating a collaborative work environment is the inspiration of my daily life, firmly convinced that these three elements add value to the company and create a virtuous productive circle that can significantly impact results.Over 16 years of activity in Procurement I have had the opportunity to develop experience in leading and facilitating cross-functional teams as applicable to execute the procurement process and plans, contract development, negotiation and execution process at various complexity levels.A fascinating experience of continuous learning since Procurement represents the key window between all colleagues and external parties where I have taken the opportunity to develop a strong negotiation skill, with the awareness that a good agreement can be considered achieved only when a value has been created for all the parties.Once I became Site Procurement Manager I focused my preparation in developing Leadership competences, consolidating a strong team-building attitude aimed towards maintaining excellent working relationships with colleagues and creating a collaborative and productive environment.As a dedicated Category Management Partner at Pfizer, I bring a wealth of experience in procurement and strategic negotiations. With a strong focus on inclusion and sustainability, I am committed to creating accessible and innovative solutions that benefit both the organization and its stakeholders.With extensive experience in procurement and strategic negotiations, I manage global contracts and foster collaboration across various departments to drive impactful results.I thrive in dynamic environments where teamwork and strategic vision are paramount.
