As the Deputy Director of Communications, Digital at ACLU of Florida, I lead and execute innovative digital campaigns that advance the organization\'s mission and vision. I manage a team of digital strategists, content creators, and web developers, and oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the ACLU of FL\'s website, social media platforms, and email marketing. I have a strong background in education, community organizing, and digital media, with a passion for social justice and human rights. I graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Science, and completed a Labor Leadership Skills Program at Cornell University ILR School. Through which I gained valuable skills in negotiations, effective communications, and steward training. I have over six years of experience in digital communications and media, and over ten years of experience in community and grassroots organizing, working with diverse groups and causes, such as the Florida Immigrant Coalition, the American Federation of Teachers, and the Democratic Legislative Campaign Committee. I am fluent in English, Spanish, and have translated media to Spanish and Haitian Creole.
