Technical Director responsible for Design + Digital within the Technical Services team, looking after Design Management + BIM, along with Information Management covering our CDE Viewpoint for Projects and digital site quality tool Field View.I am also responsible for Building Safety Act integration to our Business Management System (BMS). I have also led on the development on nearly 250 new site installation quality check sheets for use on Field View with live dashboard reporting via PowerBi of all forms and check sheets across all projects.

Currently looking after our Design Management, and Information Management processes, which includes our use of Viewpoint for Projects and Field View digital quality tools, alongside BIM and wider integration into our Business Management Systems.Current work includes updates across our BMS to integrate the outcomes of the Building Safety Bill, better understanding of CDM roles, especially the role of the Principal Designer and Designers with Lead Designer a key role in coordination, buildability, Safety In Design.As part of our Field View development, we are focusing on quality, evidence of compliance and records and how these tools can be used more effectively on site, with planning and ITP key to success.I am also working on internal training program, with modules that includes Design Management, Fire, Cladding, Roofing, Partitions, Brickwork etc to drive a culture of quality and greater understanding of key roles and tasks.
