Providing 2nd & 3rd line IT support to regional/site office users across the UK, both onsite and remotely using remote access tools- Responding to incidents and service requests related to Office 365, Windows 10/11, iOS devices, printers, and other IT-managed hardware- Delivering end-to-end IT onboarding: imaging laptops, configuring user profiles, setting up Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, AutoCAD, MFA, etc- Setting up user\'s workstations including monitors, docking stations, keyboards, and printers etc- Training end-users on hardware functionality and software programs- Creating Technical and Non-Technical Documentation when required- Utilising Azure AD, Intune, Active Directory, Meraki Dashboard, and ServiceNow for user\'s device provisioning, monitoring, and troubleshooting- Conducting regular site visits for hands-on support and preventative maintenance- Performing IT infrastructure tasks including installation, relocation, and decommissioning of equipment (e.g, Cisco Meraki WAPs, Firewalls, Switches, Cradlepoint routers)- Conducting structured cabling (copper & fibre) to support network connectivity across buildings- Executing planned system activities during and outside business hours to maintain operational stability- Managing IT asset inventory within Configuration Management Database (CMDB), tagging and updating hardware records- Collaborating with vendors and project managers for equipment procurement, installation, and issue resolution- Participating in regional IT projects, including Laptops and iPhone device rollouts, Meraki hardware upgrades, VC (Yealink) upgrades, and new technology implementations.
