I help answer today’s challenges while crafting and supporting tomorrow’s solutions. By working closely with the entreprise architecture group, Product Manager group, Sales org all in tandem with our base customers I help define the balance between current technologies and adapting new tools and solutions. I maintain technical currency through the development of prototypes and POCs as appropriate. Main Responsibilities • Plan, manage and perform the activities related to the detailed analysis and design of Web/Mobile solutions; • Propose best practices for these solutions; • Provide consultative guidance on development options as well as project estimates; • Understand the technical integration points with our major back ends (SAP, MS Dynamics, SharePoint, Salesforce.); • Assist in responding to RFP/RFI; • Hold technical customer workshop for discovery and post sales Requirement gathering; • Assist Professional Service org with validating solutions and delivering SOWs; • Participate in troubleshooting incidents.
