Currently handling a diverse portfolio having a budget of INR Cr Annually which includes Project Procurement in Civil, MEP, Security & Automation and Automobile Categories.• Preparing bidder pre-qualifications, Notice Inviting Tender for newspaper advertisement, vendor short listing, prepare tender documents and issuance of RFQ / RFP. • Conducting Pre-Bid meetings for scope and technical query resolution of bidders along with Engineering team.• Post bid meeting with individual bidders along with Engineering team for detailed technical discussion and closing the deviations, Commercial T & Cs alignment and MOM sign off.• Preparation of bid tabulation, make negotiation plan and propose negotiation strategy (reverse auction or manual negotiation) to arrive at best price based on bid comparisons.• Conduct complex negotiations with suppliers to obtain products at best quantity and cost in order to ensure end-users needs meet; negotiate delivery, terms and conditions, and pricing.• Recommendation of technically accepted L1 vendor and prepare approval note and issuance of Purchase Orders.• Understands and executes work in accordance with the project sourcing strategy, compliance to the Project\'s Approved Manufacturers List, project financing considerations, etc.• Vendor onboarding, vendor performance evaluation and Vendor relationship management etc.
