ABOUT ADITI NERURKAR

Dr. Aditi Nerurkar is a Harvard stress expert, TED speaker and television correspondent with an expertise in stress, burnout, mental health & digital wellness. She was recently named “100 Women to Know in America.” Aditi’s bestselling book “The 5 Resets” was voted a must-read by Adam Grant and Malcolm Gladwell and is available in 35 countries and 15 languages. Her work has been featured in The New York Times, Washington Post, Wall Street Journal, Time Magazine, NPR, Today Show, Good Morning America and the popular podcasts Diary of a CEO and The Mel Robbins Podcast. Aditi is a frequent on-air medical commentator for mental health and public health headlines. She hosts a weekly podcast “The Blind Spot with Dr. Aditi” with iheartmedia and developed a digital series with CNN on rewiring the brain for less stress. She also has several audio programs on the Calm app for digital wellness. She writes a weekly newsletter ‘Mental Health-ish’ read in 80 countries. Her forthcoming second book “Bot Brain: How To Stay Human in an AI World” is a bold exploration of AI chatbots, mental health and the human connection (HarperOne/Harper Collins 2027). Aditi currently serves as the Co-Director of Harvard Medical School’s Clerkship in Community Engagement. Prior to this role, Aditi was the medical director of a Harvard integrative medicine program, where she developed a clinical practice in stress management using evidence-based approaches. In the past, she has worked in global public health in Geneva, Switzerland with a WHO collaborating center on HIV/AIDS and refugee health. Her research has been published in The Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA).
