ABOUT ADITI NAIK

Hello! As a clumsily curious and enthusiastic nerd with an appetite for knowledge across a myriad of subjects, finding my true career passion was challenging. Being an avid reader, my love for literature, research, and analysis eventually led me to the field of Humanities. My initial foray into the world of Psychology was fueled by an insatiable quest for understanding human behavior and cognition. Simultaneously, my involvement with numerous organizations opened doors to my innate problem-solving abilities when I discovered a passion for crafting educational solutions aimed at empowering children with academic challenges due to a lack of interpersonal and vocational skills. This marked the onset of my journey into the domains of Curriculum Development, Educational Psychology, Learning, and Instructional Design. As I completed my graduation in Psychology, my interests converged toward Curriculum Development, eventually culminating in roles within the K-12 sector. I undertook the responsibility of leading content development teams and designing a triangular learning model focused on fostering social-emotional learning (SEL) for schoolchildren, parents, and teachers alike, emphasizing the need for mental and emotional well-being within the educational framework. To translate this into reality, I integrated it into an application, which gave me invaluable insights into gamified learning, the ADDIE model, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Articulate Storylines.My journey took a new trajectory upon joining upGrad\'s Learning Experience team. Here, my sphere of influence expanded from K-12 to higher education, paving the way for me to collaborate with Indian and international universities. As I worked on the strategic curation and creation of diverse learning products tailored to the needs of a vast array of working professionals, my role evolved to encompass course redesign, curriculum development, and the creation of comprehensive training materials for management, data, and tech programs. This also helped me widen my skillset of stakeholder management, budgeting, and the intricacies of linear and collaborative learning approaches.I am deeply passionate about creating learning solutions and structures that resonate with the intended audience. My constant driving force has been the profound impact of these educational structures, coupled with my grandmother\'s advice to never settle for mediocrity. This enduring motivation pushes me forward, inspiring me to continually elevate my capabilities and embrace each forthcoming challenge.
