ABOUT ADITYA RAO

I\'ve spent 20+ years at the intersection of people, culture, and organizational change.Today, as Senior Partner at Enculture, and NamanHR my work sits across three connected areas:Culture Transformation — helping organizations diagnose, design, and shift the cultures that drive (or derail) their business outcomes. Enculture is a platform built specifically for this work — bringing together diagnostics, facilitated conversations, and systemic interventions that create lasting cultural change in organizations.Leadership Development & L&D — designing learning journeys that actually change behaviour, not just fill training calendars. I work with corporate teams on capability building programs anchored in real outcomes. As a ICF certified coach, I also work 1:1 with senior leaders navigating transitions, complexity, and growth.AI Readiness — most organizations are training people ON AI tools. Very few are asking the harder question: how do leaders need to think, decide, and collaborate differently BECAUSE of AI? That\'s the work I find most interesting right now — and I\'m building in this space actively. What I believe: culture doesn\'t change through workshops. It changes when leaders change how they show up, when systems reinforce new behaviours, and when organizations stop treating learning as an event and start treating it as architecture. If you\'re an HR leader, Learning Head, or business leader thinking about culture, capability, or AI readiness — let\'s talk.
