Executive Career Coach | Career Transition Specialist | Helping You To Achieve Your Career Goals I\'m an Executive Coach & Career Management professional with a lot of experience and plus hours coaching delivery, helping individuals and companies make the most of their talent. I help my clients understand their strengths, values and priorities, so they can make confident career decisions, take action and create successful futures. I am an EMCC accredited coach with a grounding in psychology, interested in the neuroscience of coaching and positive psychology, drawing on practices from solution focused coaching, clean language and mindful cognitive based approaches such as ACT, and mindful self compassion. The field of coaching and psychology is vast, and I love learning and exploring different ways that help people to make progress. As a Career transition specialist I have considerable experience in providing 1:1 coaching and support to professionals facing job redundancy/ career transition / seeking employment. I\'m based in London, and currently work in a hybrid role coaching via Zoom from home and also in person coaching at the London West End office of LHH leading career transition provider, I have worked with clients from a wide range of functional areas and sectors including individuals from: banking/financial services management / business consulting: pharmaceutical / healthcare; technology; computing; telecommunications; energy; fmcg, consumer goods professional services/ legal, media and publishing sectors.
