I am a diverse professional with multiple skills and an experienced Supply Chain manager with over 9 years of expertise across different industries, including NGO/Humanitarian, Ecommerce, Oil and gas, FMCG, and CPG. I have managed large-scale supply chain operations, coordinating teams of more than 50 people to meet business objectives, and also invested part of my career towards mentorships/advisory support to government bodies leading public health supply chain improvement initiatives across West Africa.In addition, I am a PRINCE2 and Agile Scrum certified Project Manager with experience in managing multi-million dollar projects in Healthcare, Supply Chain, and IT. Key Achievements: Coordinated and provided advisory support on >20 projects across 3 African countries set to catalyze supply chain improvements for better health outcomes. Set up and maintained a supply chain innovation platform with 280+ private sector professionals across Africa. Developed marketing materials and knowledge sharing events that increased member participation by 60% and raised $20K+ in funds. Manage internationally funded grants worth $800K+ via budget tracking, financial reporting, funds allocation analysis and impact assessments. Supported the Logistics pillar of the Lagos State COVID-19 EOC to co-develop the supply chain and procurement strategy for Lagos State COVID-19 response. Played an additional support role in developing an interactive inventory management tool on excel to capture, view, and inform decisions on commodity stock balances across all State warehouses.
