Develop and implement campaigns and marketing strategies across various channels.\\\\n• Creating and implementing pricing strategies, managing fixed fee structures, and maximising revenue generation for promotional campaigns.\\\\n• Identify potential risks, and conduct thorough assessments of marketing and promotional activities.\\\\n• Maintain current knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, industry standards, and advertising guidelines to ensure that marketing campaigns and promotional activities adhere to legal and ethical standards and monitor ongoing campaigns for compliance throughout their lifecycle.\\\\n• Work with the brand and legal team to ensure that marketing materials, contracts, terms and conditions and other promotional content are legal. Inform marketing and brand teams about potential legal risks and provide guidance on mitigating those risks.\\\\n• Create and implement risk management strategies to reduce potential hazards by revising marketing strategies, creating appropriate disclaimers, obtaining required permits or licences, or seeking legal advice to ensure compliance.\\\\n• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations such as GDPR or CCPA and put appropriate safeguards in place to protect consumers\' data.\\\\n\\\\nVALUE ADD:\\\\n• Using artificial intelligence and virtual worlds to create immersive brand experiences, develop and implement marketing strategies, and interact with customers in the metaverse.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
