I moved onsite to become part of leadership team for an account of 100+ engineers. My responsibility is to make sure we deliver maximum possible value, helping client to achieve their goals. I\'m directly engaged with senior management on client\'s side and together we build processes that support effective collaboration of that scale. One of my current longer-term objectives is to develop a set of transparent quantitative metrics measuring reliability of products being maintained and efficiency of service being delivered. This is getting achieved using SRE principles and requires accumulation and nurturing of that competence within the company, which I\'m pioneering as well.
