Hi—I’m Adele Bayless (she/her), and I’ve spent over 30 years creating safe, inclusive spaces—literally and metaphorically. High-Rise Safety ExpertAs an LA Fire Department–Certified High-Rise Consultant, I conduct emergency drills, certify fire safety directors, write evacuation manuals, and train teams—ensuring safety is both technical and human-centered. DEIB Advocate in Commercial PropertyI integrate emotional safety, equity, and accessibility into every emergency plan. My philosophy: safety must be inclusive and intuitive for everyone, especially underrepresented and neurodiverse communities. Public Speaker & StorytellerI’ve held leadership roles at JLL and EQ Office, chaired BOMA-LA’s Security & Preparedness Committee, and served on the City of LA Evacuation Planning Group.
