Building the activism infrastructure I needed but couldn\'t find.I\'ve spent years in the trenches* — organising national campaigns, mobilising grassroots communities, navigating multilateral NGO bureaucracy. What frustrated me most wasn\'t the work itself, but the barriers preventing more people from joining.Large organisations move slowly, are risk-averse and donor-dependent. Grassroots groups lack capacity, brilliant campaigns perpetually under-resourced. Meanwhile, algorithmic suppression actively works against progressive movements, and people who care deeply often stay stuck on the performative share because they don\'t see a clear pathway forward.BTS Activist is my answer to that frustration.We\'re building accessible activism infrastructure for Australia — informed by evidence-based frameworks, on-field organising experience, and strategic analysis of how technology and algorithms shape modern movements. A passion project driven by agility, bravery, empathy, and authenticity.We hope to provide: video essays and issue briefs co-designed with communities, organising toolkits, curated directories connecting every level of activism (from the performative share to the spare-time volunteer to the career pivot), and pathways showing that activism can be more than a side hustle.I\'m in dialogue with leaders like The Social Commons Library and The Australia Institute, testing approaches, building partnerships. Many things are bubbling in the vault.I never imagined activism could be a career, let alone an umbrella where every skill is needed. Accountants, designers, writers, facilitators, researchers — all essential. This project aims to make that visible.Currently in build phase, launching 2026. Passionate about making a tangible difference in the world, I\'m a proactive intrapreneurial professional driven by curiosity and a deep belief in collective action. A jack of all trades driven by progressive change, I bring innovation and creativity to every project. I thrive at the intersections - where activism meets storytelling, where systems thinking meets grassroots organising, where global perspectives meet local impact.My work centres on translating ideas into action effectively. Whether I\'m developing fundraising strategies, building cross-sector partnerships, or facilitating community engagement, I approach projects with no-bullshit thinking and a readiness to disrupt outdated systems. Throughout my roles, I\'ve consistently developed new processes to minimise waste - from digital transformations to volunteer management approaches that maximise engagement while cutting administrative burden.With proven experience in fundraising, partnerships, campaign strategy, events, communication and community building, I\'ve learned that effective change requires both strategic thinking and authentic relationship-building. My recent work spans climate, policy and refugee fundraising (contributing to $1M+ collectively raised in 2025). I believe the best solutions emerge when we centre lived experience and move fast on what works.I\'m curious about the psychology of change - what motivates people, how movements grow, and how we can realistically rebuild systems. Likely influenced by current affairs and eco-anxiety, I\'m fascinated by systems collapse and rebuilding, co-design practices, and social movement psychology.Currently working part-time in multiple climate focused initiatives and developing my own venture focused on reimagining interdisciplinary advocacy through multimedia storytelling.Based in Adelaide but heart set on spending time in homeland France in the next 5 years.
