The VP Professional Services & Technical Enablement is responsible for overseeing the delivery of Professional Services to customers and partners, including implementation, consulting, training, and technical support. The role involves developing and executing strategies to enable and empower customers, partners and internal teams to effectively utilise Sage products and maximise value. The role requires leadership and cross-functional collaboration with sales, BUS and GTM to align professional services and technical enablement initiatives with strategy, product roadmaps and customer requirements in all regions. The leader will work to define and implement a global blueprint, driving operational excellence including optimising processes, tools and methodologies to improve efficiency, scalability and profitability. This role will be accountable for the E2E success of the global PS business and Technical Enablement practice.Key Responsibilities- Act as global thought leader, providing strategic direction and leadership to NA and EMEA Professional Services and Technical Enablement teams, with full accountability for results - Drive customer success by ensuring successful onboarding, implementation, and adoption of SaaS solutions - Develop and execute technical enablement programs to empower customers, partners, and internal teams with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively deploy, configure, and optimize the organization\'s SaaS products - Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of professional services consultants, trainers, and technical experts - Work cross-functionally to align professional services and technical enablement initiatives with business objectives, product roadmaps, and customer requirements - Achieve all Financial, utilization, and enablement targets for the global PS and Technical enablement practice.
