Having served in several leadership roles for JCC Chicago, it is an honor to be named the first female President & CEO in the agency\'s then 115-year history. Since my appointment, I have raised over $30MM for agency operations, new program development and capital improvement while realizing a strong annual operating position. More important, efforts to address agency culture and the employee experience has resulted in unprecedented internal and external partnership and community impact on an amplified trajectory. It has been a privilege to assemble a stellar leadership team and to nurture passionate volunteer leaders. It is with great enthusiasm and optimism that we collectively provide essential services for children and families, commit to growing good kids, and engage all life stages in meaningful community connection. Today, JCC Chicago is a steadfast resource for greater Chicagoland and Illinois and serves as an example of a marquis non-profit community institution.
