ABOUT ADAN KOVINICH

Someone once told me,\"you have the gift of gab.\" I took offense to this at the time, believing they were insinuating that I talked too much. Later, I realized that my \"gift of gab\" could be translated into a wide range of skills. Today, I know it is useful when I write content, create strategic plans, develop lead funnels and buyer journeys, defend an opinion even when it\'s unpopular, and communicate amongst cross-functional teams. In 2019 after two years of working for Bell Canada, I realized that I wanted to take my sales skills to the next level and explore the idea of territory sales. I knew that to fulfill this desire for growth, I needed to go back to school and take Business Sales and Marketing. After fully immersing myself in the program for 1.5 years, I left Bell and explored the marketing world by working with brick-and-mortar business owners with Digital Mainstreet. There, I helped business owners transition their business digitally. During one of the most challenging and uncertain times in business owners\' careers, I walked them through digital marketing. I created marketing strategies, ad campaigns and strategies, made recommendations for lead generation strategies and developed countless marketing plans. That is when I realized that I love marketing. Over the last two years, I have worked for and with small business owners, guiding them through their marketing and implementing marketing strategies to increase website traffic and leads and grow their business. In addition, I have worked with many sought-after thought leaders in various industries. My range of experience starts with the power of using Google, finding the answer to questions without waiting on someone else to give me the answer. I have managed and worked in a cross-functional team, ensuring everyone communicates with the right people to meet deadlines and client expectations. I have worked with most digital tools and have a wide range of expertise, including Google Ads and Analytics, Social Media Ads, Hootsuite, Later, Mailchimp, Keap, Constant Contact, Sprout Social, Hubspot, Asana, Monday, Trello, Ahrefs, Typeform, Finalcut Pro, iMovie, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Microsoft Office Suite, Apple Office Suite, and Google Workspace Office Suite.
