ABOUT ADAM NOCKS

I\'m a seasoned logistics and operations leader with a passion for building strong teams, driving process improvement, and advancing sustainability goals. Over the past decade, I’ve held leadership roles across the transportation and logistics industry—including my current dual position at Yusen Logistics as both ESG Coordinator and Operations Supervisor. In my ESG role, I lead initiatives around energy data collection, technology adoption, and community engagement. Simultaneously, I manage a dynamic team supporting LTL operations nationwide, with a focus on mentorship, team development, and process standardization. I\'m proud to have helped multiple team members earn promotions and to be a multiple-time recipient of the corporate Kaizen Award for continuous improvement. Beyond logistics, I’ve helped lead small business operations, consulted on performance strategy, and played a key role in transitioning organizations through growth and change. I’m deeply invested in professional development—currently serving as President of the Deerwood Toastmasters Club—and committed to giving back through my volunteer work at The Covenant School.
