At James Heal, I take projects from initial research and scope creation through to design development, prototyping, usability testing, and final product delivery. I have delivered transformational digital and 3D products that have changed how the world leading athletic-apparel brands analyse their performance wear. I also support with design and development across the PPT Group, helping engage stakeholders at all levels of the business and demonstrate how championing human-centred design can deliver a strategic market advantage.When I’m not researching, creating or innovating, I love to run which provides a space to reflect, gain perspective and is also a great way to start the day!
