I joined Talk Matters as a trainee counsellor, successfully completing the CPCAB requirement of 100 supervised practice hours with the organization. Since qualifying as a counsellor, I have continued to volunteer with Talk Matters, supporting clients with a diverse range of challenges, including stress, depression, redundancy, bereavement, abuse, and neurodivergence.In my role, I provide clients with a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space to explore their experiences and gain clarity around life events. As a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I uphold the highest professional standards and consistently meet the requirements for ongoing membership and ethical practice.
