Strategic and operationally-minded leader with 15 years as an HR Executive and 3 years as Controller. Understanding the intersection between the HR value proposition and financial position of the organization. From Start-Up to IPO, from 15 EEs to over from Domestic to Global, from Large Team Management to C-Level Consulting.I am a well-rounded professional who is passionate about getting things done and pride myself on not needing a blueprint to succeed. Growing up in a small town in Western Kentucky, absent of career opportunities, inspired me to earn academic and athletic scholarships to pay for my college education. My first job as Beer Man for the Cincinnati Reds and Bengals taught me hard work and determination pays off - ranking top Sales Vendor for 5 consecutive years. I brought that same mentality to my professional career. Hired as Controller and working my way up to Executive Director, Total Rewards & HRIS, I was a major contributor to Medpace\'s accelerated growth to over 5400 employees across 40 countries. Acknowledged for building infrastructure including developing global HR team, automating process, and creating SOPs. Designing global compensation and benefit programs both competitive and scalable. Administration of domestic and international payroll. Implementing performance evaluation system, bonus & merit strategy, and company-wide job descriptions. Configuration and application of enterprise-wide HRIS. Managing all HR data and reporting to ensure seamless integrations of domestic and international acquisitions, private equity transactions, and IPO. Experience launching Medpace-owned start-ups CinRx Pharma and LIB Therapeutics, serving on their respective Boards as the HR & Finance dedicated specialist. Recently sharpening my expertise in healthcare, compensation analysis technology, and the insurance industry by providing experience-based advisory services to the C-Suite of various organizations. My goal is to utilize my leadership and consulting background to help an organization achieve it\'s short and long-term goals while continuing to develop myself as a subject-matter expert.
