As the Corporate Service Line Leader (CSLL) for Facilities, I drive the strategic direction and financial performance of technical service lines(MEP/FP, Structural Engineering, and Facilities Construction Management and Inspection) across all regions. I am responsible for profit and loss accountability, budget management, and maintaining high standards of operational excellence through established practices and procedures. I work closely with regional leaders to foster a strong performance-driven culture, support business development efforts, and represent KCI at national and professional industry forums. In addition, I mentor and develop team members while ensuring alignment with broader company objectives and regional growth strategies.

ABOUT ADAM RICKEY

As a Mechanical Engineer by degree, I began my career designing mechanical systems for healthcare, commercial, and federal facilities. Over the past 20 years, my experience has expanded to managing and leading a diverse range of engineering services, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection. While I will always have a love for Engineering and Project Management, my true passion lies in developing those around me and fostering an environment where they can thrive.In my role as the Facilities Service Line Lead, I oversee all aspects of Mechanical, Electrical Pumping, Fire Protection, Building Structures Engineering, Building Construction Management, and Building Construction Inspection. This position allows me to do what I love most: fostering growth and excellence within our team of employee-owners, helping us reach our goals as a service line, and supporting individuals in achieving their personal goals. Our Facilities team is based in over 10 of KCI’s offices and has projects across the United States.
