ABOUT ADAM PILLSBURY
I have provided global communications and marketing leadership for international development programs focusing on social enterprise, women’s economic empowerment, and climate change, and played a pivotal role in delivering major global contracts and programmes for the British Council, from bases in China and Canada, with stakeholders such as the European Union, World Bank, and United Nations. As part of my responsibilities, I have overseen global communications campaigns working with colleagues around the world. I have supported the delivery of high profile events in Asia, Africa and Europe, and advanced our engagement with policymakers, donors, and funding partners. I am also former managing editor and versatile storyteller who has overseen the production of hundreds of articles, reports, and videos, co-founded a book imprint, and secured coverage in mainstream and specialised media globally.
