An advancing Smart Scoping Engineer who is able to work in pressurised environments, meet deadlines, and deliver a top performance using a range of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies alongside a well-developed background of machining and maintenance engineering, Health, Safety & Environmental and corporate IT tools to deliver effective and constantly improving business and operational solutions. The ability to build a strong culture of working towards achieving the corporate strategies on a foundation of good managerial and operational support. Specialising in Aerospace Engineering - machining, fabrication, airframes, safety systems and customer service. A customer-focused individual who thrives within a team environment where each and every member plays a key part in the achievement of the corporate goals. With an aim to expand my knowledge in industry by using a range of lean management tools such as value stream mapping, Takt time, statistical process control, and 5S among others. I believe businesses need to change to align with economic trends and change their strategy to match this. My academic, work, and employment experiences have allowed me to develop into a person that reflects on any situation and works out the best way to deal with it; constantly taking into account customer needs and considering opportunities for efficiencies.
