Reporting directly to the Quality Manager in the Centrica Energy Assets team ensuring the development and delivery of newly developed assets are delivered to exacting standards of quality to enable long term ownership and operations.Responsible for ensuring high standards of quality control are maintained throughout all phases of the project including design, development, manufacture, installation and handover to the O&M teams.Accountable for- Review of contractors QMP, ITP\'s, Factory & Site Acceptance Test Procedures- Support group Quality team with Supplier Capability Assessments and onboarding of new suppliers and contractors- Support the development & procurement teams to ensure Quality is considered in all aspects of the projects from conception to final delivery and handover to OPS- Manage supplier Quality through setting up, agreeing and witnessing inspection & test activities- Carry out regular surveillance visits to suppliers manufacturing facilities and project sites in the UK & overseas during manufacture, installation and build process- Manage any Non-conformities and review Corrective Actions, Rectifications and Concessions- Create project specific snagging lists and review rectification works- Monitor Contractors Quality Control processes including timely completion of ITP\'s / QCP\'s- Attend Contractors manufacturing facilities to monitor Quality Control and witness FAT\'s- Monitor on site Construction, Commissioning activities and SAT\'s- Monitor timely completion of all contractors Quality documentation and compilation of project Quality dossiers- Carry out Audits of Contractors Quality Management Systems and associated procedures- Work with CEA\'s Project Managers to provide ongoing monitoring during key delivery phases including witnessing of key activities- Support the project teams and provide general monitoring of contractors activities / performance including site HSE performance on project sites.
