Regional Manager CFO Activity Hubs - South East, South West and North West at Interventions Alliance @Interventions Alliance

Responsibility for contractual performance, financial oversight and quality and compliance of the HMPPS CFO Activity Hubs provision in the Southeast, Southwest and North West Regions.• effectively driving contractual obligation and contractual performance targets within South East and South West region. • Working closely with the Interventions Alliance Contract Management Team and effectively engage with HMPPS CFO Contract Management Teams to build positive and constructive relationships which support service delivery.• Management of budgets and resources- oversee financial performance and contract spend against budgets (including supply chain) and Discretionary Access Funding • Represented Interventions Alliance at regional and national strategic boards and groups in order to secure effective partnerships, build reputation, influence on broader strategy and identify business opportunities.• line managing Hub Managers to achieve contractual performance targets and effective outcomes. • Negotiate with other commissioners with regards to contracts and agreements for the delivery of CFO and other services. • Monitoring supply chain delivery against anticipated service levels and adapt the service to response to demand fluctuations through regular meetings and value for money analysis.• To work strategically with other statutory and non-statutory stakeholders to inform and influence local opportunities for service users.• Strategic decisions making relating to resource deployment and risk management, identifying recruitment gap analysis, and utilizing in house and outsource organizations.• Driving the implementation of the Interventions Alliance CFO Activity Hubs Quality Assurance Framework and contribute to HMPPS CFO compliance and assurance work, external audits, and inspections.
