As the Major Pursuits Director for Mobility at Arcadis in North America, I focus on delivering major pursuits with a threshold of over $5M USD and multi-GBA, collaborating with the Growth Director, Commercial Excellence & Pursuits Director, Regional Ops Leads, and skilled Pursuit and Bid Teams. With a keen eye on the client\'s needs and requirements, I provide leadership, guidance, and direction to the Pursuit teams, assisting and coaching them to deliver high-quality proposals in line with our strategy. Through direct engagement with Mobility Clients and Partners, I develop winning Pursuit and partnering strategies to increase our win and capture rates while reducing costs of sales ratio. I champion cross Global Business Area collaboration and utilize data to implement continuous improvements in our pursuits, ensuring compliance with the Arcadis Way.
