Working directly for chef Jeremy Pang and his production company Curious Crab Productions.On location for five weeks in Hong Kong for Jeremy’s new ITV series Hong Kong Kitchen, working alongside the main Banijay/Electric Robin crew to capture all on-set and BTS content with Jeremy, local contributors, and various UK celebrity guests. Setting up and directing social shoots in London interviewing various chefs and restaurateurs.Editing and planning all content to promote the launches of the cookbook and ITV show and ongoing promo of Jeremy’s various businesses.Mapping out weekly social schedules and directly posting all content, reacting to weekly changes to promo plans working with Jeremy’s agent, as well as driving engagement.Additionally working with Curious Crab to expand their social media output to better show off their range of branded content campaigns, behind the scenes content, and company culture. Formulating strategies to increase the social following of a small production company. Self-shooting on iPhone.
