Here I enjoy a challenging role, leading and supporting diverse projects, with a demonstratable record of success having supported regional, national and modular contractors including Caledonian Modular, William Birch, Premier Modular, Kier, Elliott OSS and Robertson. I am currently overseeing pre-commencement works on a modular student accommodation building in Cornwall. I have successfully led projects including the initial renovation works to a Grade 2* listed building in Northallerton, 2 school extensions at Scarborough and Filey as well as a research laboratory in York; all completed to the scope and within timescales. I l also provided hands-on leadership and support within a new-build data centre in Northallerton, the refurbishment of a theatre in York and an ambulance station in Leeds; these works are all let under a mixture of JCT 2011, JCT 2016 and NEC 3 option A forms of contract. I provided procurement support for the construction of three accommodation buildings at Hinkley Point C with a contract value of £43m. I was also selected to undertake the site role on the initial building and took over the works on the remaining 2 buildings following completion and ensured the final accounting was completed in budget. Additionally, I played a key role within the new build of a primary school in Goldthorpe and a new build Premier Inn hotel in Matlock ensuring that both were completed on time and budget. As Senior Surveyor on 2 refurbishment projects at the ULHT, both on the P21+ framework managing two site-based surveyors. Previously, I was contracted to Premier Modular as the site-based Lead Project Surveyor on their Leeds Schools framework, this involved the delivery of extensions at several live schools with a contract value, of more than £1m each. Additionally, I played a leading role within a new build primary school in Roundhay; led the negotiations in collaboration with the PM for the £6m contract, with all works are carried out under a JCT D&B contract.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
