ABOUT ADAM COCKER
I am the Head Distiller at Thames Distillers Ltd. working for Charles Maxwell for the last 9 years. During that time I have been involved in the development of over 70 new gins brands, and have personally looked after the delivery of over 130 different gins. Managing a library of over 150 botanicals and handling more than distillations in my time here.In my time at Thames I have also worked at Hayman’s while they were looking for their new distiller. Also I have been seconded to other distilleries as a distiller for the day. I am one of the judges on spirits on The Great Taste awards and currently developing low/no juniper based drinks for a large company. Gin Guild member since 2019
