Coming from a strong background of material science, have been working in the production of the semiconductor industry, moved into R&D at one of Siemens development center. Followed by several years in the SCM section from strategic procurement, sourcing incl setting up sourcing office in Suzhou, creation of distribution center in Hong Kong and establishing an outsourced mfg operations office in Shanghai. During these tasks the configuration and or optimization of several ERP setups where required and while dealing twice with startup environments all processes related to SCM needed to be defined to path ISO certification.Profound SAP and Oracle knowledge, Sourcing Strategies with insight in Asia, global network in Electronics, deep background in materials, semiconductor applications and printed electronics, project and teamwork coordination.All this knowledge goes now into my SCM consultancy and I am happy to be contacted for support.
