ABOUT ACE BOURGEOIS
With nearly 30 years of design and marketing experience, I enjoy solving a communication problem. I’ve served on the Executive Committee for the American Advertising Federation (AAF) District 7, which covers AL, GA, MS, TN, and the best parts of LA. And I\'ve been a board member for the local Baton Rouge chapter off and on for nearly two decades. My background consists of stints in advertising and corporate marketing, including three major healthcare companies with regional and national reach. Over the years, I\'ve worked in everything from offset/screen printing to design to digital marketing. As a marketing director, I’ve coordinated, planned and implemented campaigns to stimulate company sales. In 2022, I was fortunate to receive the E.A. “Pete” Goldsby Silver Medal Award. It is the highest personal award given by AAF Baton Rouge, presented each year to the person who has made the greatest overall contribution to the advertising profession. The Goldsby Silver Medal Award is named for the late E.A. “Pete” Goldsby. Mr. Goldsby was the advertising manager of the State-Times/Morning Advocate and gave most generously of his time and talents to the advertising profession as well as many civic, fraternal and charitable activities.
