ABOUT DAKSH MANSINGHKA IIM LUCKNOW

A global finance professional with rich and extensive experience. Have evolved with time as a Deep Generalist who has worked in select SMEs across the country and from a young age has handled all-inclusive finance jobs, where I have handled the total gamut of finance activities. Have always believed in taking charge of all areas rather than specializing and restricting myself to one area. Would now like to pitch for senior/ leadership assignments where I can add value within a short time as per the mandate given by key stakeholders. People and Process Management As a professional, am adaptive to different environments and am resilient in the face of challenges, which I have faced head on at various times in my life. I am persistent in achieving my goals with a strategic intent. Rather than focus on results, my goal is to focus on the process, which when perfected would lead to the right results over a period of time. As a finance professional, I am aware of the twin nature of my function – to control and to facilitate, so that sustainable growth with adequate controls is achieved. This will continue to guide me in my journey for the next phase of my career, where I aspire to rise to a senior level and lead teams, lead businesses and transform the way business is done.
