Support the direct delivery of Arctic Wolf Network and endpoint security solutions to the customer including investigating security events and verifying logs sources.• Analyzing and ensuring security by proactively utilizing necessary tools such as Kibwana and other internal security tools.• Analyzing customer’s environment for visibility/ security gaps & vulnerabilities and providing recommendation/mitigation steps to make mature the Security Posture of the environment.• Maintain regular contact sessions with the assigned clients in compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), making sure that all developments are thoroughly evaluated, and all the concerns are addressed in relation to both technical and strategic goals.• Helping customer to improve their security posture by running performing Security Posture in depth Review and providing recommendations how customers can mitigate the risk within the environment. • Cultivating positive relationships with clients and articulating our steadfast commitment to accompany them along their security journey while establishing, managing and executing plans to increase their overall development.
