Details: • Driving and conducting requirements sessions with key business users and management • Assuring projects are completing in accordance to timeline and within budget • Collaborating with leadership, management, analysts and technical teams to manage project scoping, Request for Proposal (RFP) process, sizing and pricing estimates • Providing daily communication to stakeholder, sponsors, business partners and technical team of project adjustment and/or progress • Managing and controlling project scope of work, and change requests with business partners and technical project leads • Partnering with project leads to coach and provide detail directions to over 15 team members; assisting in compiling project teams to warrant optimization • Clarifying and communicating project initiatives to successfully align and satisfy the Statement of Work (SOW) • Developing the relationships of technical, stakeholders, sponsors, and business partners teams to ensure the continuous progress of the project • Retaining awareness of industries best practices to align with business requirements and solutions
