ABOUT ABIRAM PANCHALINGAM
I am a current PhD Artificial Intelligence student at the University of Southampton. I am interested in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in particular due it’s many possible applications and I find the ability to solve problems that couldn’t be solved previously very intriguing. This interest stemmed from the AI related modules I took during my undergrad at York whilst studying Computer Science, which then pesuaded me to take the MSc Artificial Intelligence course at Southampton-University of York AI related modules: Introduction to Artificial Intelligence, Multi-Agent Interaction & Games, Foundations of Machine Learning, Introduction to Neural Networks. In addition, my 3rd year dissertation/project: “Human Activity Recognition” was fundamentally related to Deep Learning.
