Currently, I am leading delivery, customer relations and business growth for all ServiceNow Central European customers as part of my portfolio for Cognizant.Leading 300+ ServiceNow Technical delivery associates working on different ServiceNow modules like, ITSM, ITOM, GRC, ITBM, HRSM, etc. This includes different PODs, Project teams and Operations teams.My Overall Responsibilities Include – Maintain direct connect with customer leadership and improve account governance for all key customers Initiate and set goals for programs according to the strategic objectives of the organization Plan the programs from start to completion involving deadlines, milestones and processes Develop or approve budgets and different programs within my portfolio Devise evaluation strategies to monitor performance and determine the need for improvements Supervise and govern all program and project managers involved to provide feedback and resolve complex problems Discover ways to enhance efficiency and productivity of procedures and people Read reports prepared by managers to determine progress and issues Ensure program operations and activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies Keep Senior Leadership informed with detailed and accurate reports or presentations Reduce attrition through running people centrc initiatives Set up program level governance module, guidelines and processes Ensure strict contract governance and manage P&L for my portfolio Manage vendor (ServiceNow) and contractor relationships Prepare and review various ServiceNow related proposals for the customer Run C-Sat improvement related Initiatives Review RFPs and ensure business development. Ensure customer relationship for new business and executive level escalations
