As a Process operator, I am responsible for ensuring seamless, high-quality production by troubleshooting, calibrating, and monitoring advanced machinery such as the Krones Modufill VFS-C, Contiflow, and VarioFlash systems, conducting rigorous quality inspections, and maintaining production schedules to meet operational goals efficiently-Collaborated with engineers and Production managers to align on production goals, troubleshoot issues, and improve operational efficiency. Led a team during production runs, ensuring smooth coordination across roles to meet targets and address any production challenges promptly-Quality Assurance: Performed hourly Critical Control Point (CCP) checks on the canning line, ensuring product safety and regulatory compliance-Seamer Performance Verification: Use Microseam inspection software to assess seam integrity, detect issues, and uphold high quality in finished products.
